Panoramic are fully electronic with our field paperwork, all jobs and maintenance visits are recorded via a software package which will allow you the client the opportunity to log in and track the works we have carried out at your business.
From the first initial contact by phone or Email, right through to after sales service and maintenance through the years, we can track it, all through the brilliant Job Logic software, the software allows the customer to check their own jobs/book jobs and faults and look at maintenance reports.
We were burgled in February, I could not face being at home as I was so shocked. Panoramic Fire and Security came and fitted burglar alarms and security cameras. We feel so secure now. The guys who came to install were brilliant, they were so skilled at their work and took pride in what they were doing. The after care service is second to none, we had a fault and as we are connected up to police response we were called to check if all was ok.
