Panoramic are fully electronic with our field paperwork, all jobs and maintenance visits are recorded via a software package which will allow you the client the opportunity to log in and track the works we have carried out at your business.
From the first initial contact by phone or Email, right through to after sales service and maintenance through the years, we can track it, all through the brilliant Service M8 software, the software allows the customer to check their own jobs/book jobs and faults and look at maintenance reports.
